Brenda Slaughter Obituary, Death – Mrs. Brenda Ann Slaughter -Hodo, who is more commonly referred to by her nickname “Bren,” was born on October 24, 1961 in the city of West Point in the state of Georgia. Annie Virginia Slaughter and the late David Dixon Mckenzie-McQueen were happy to welcome their daughter into the world when she was born. The 21st of August, 2023 was the day when God sent his angels to get her and bring her back to paradise.
The Homegoing Celebration will take place on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the sanctuary of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia, which can be found at 1111 E. 10th Street. In addition to Minister Bobbie Ogletree and Reverend Jaylin Gates, Overseer G. L. Fanning, Bishop G. Winston Fanning, and Reverend Jaylin Gates will be assisting with the event.
Following the service, the burial will take place in the Marseilles Cemetery, which is located in West Point, Georgia at 400-498 E. 12th Street. You may get there by taking E. 12th Street. On Sunday, August 27, 2023, commencing at 2:00 pm and running until 6:00 pm, there will be a viewing for members of the public at the mortuary. The viewing will commence at that time. M. W. Lee Mortuary has been given the responsibility of making the necessary funeral preparations.
