Casey Clontz Death, Obituary – Casey Clontz and Keegan Clontz were so close that they were almost inseparable. Keegan, who was only 12 years old at the time, was often referred to as his father’s shadow. In particular, they enjoyed spending time outside, particularly bonding over activities like fishing and hunting in the great outdoors. Relatives said that Casey and Keegan Clontz, both of Plum, New Jersey, were killed on Saturday when a house in the Rustic Ridge Estates district of the borough suddenly exploded. The residence was located on Rustic Ridge Drive. The father and son were two of the five people who tragically lost their lives as a direct result of the explosion.
Casey Clontz was in his 38th year. The Clontz family declined to participate in an interview; however, Jen Clontz, Casey’s wife and Keegan’s mother, and Nick Davis, Casey’s best friend, provided information on lives that they said enhanced the lives of so many others around them. Casey was a wonderful brother, husband, and father who also cherished his family. Keegan was a loving son, friend, and big brother who devoted himself to his family.
According to the family, their friends and family members’ hearts were filled with a delight that will never be replaced by anything else because of their smiles and laughing. According to the family, Casey, the father of Keegan and Addie, who is ten years old, was present at the residence located at 141 Rustic Ridge Drive when it exploded on Saturday morning.
On Brookside Drive, there was a family named Clontz who lived four homes down. The family didn’t disclose why Casey and Keegan were there, but they did say that Casey was extremely friendly with the neighbors, and it wasn’t out of the ordinary for Casey to swing over and speak with them. Keegan was also present.
Keegan participated in the youth football program that was known as the Plum Mustangs. In about a week and a half, he would have begun attending the junior high school.
