Daniel Hunt Obituary, Death – Elkhart resident Daniel Alva Hunt, 45 years old, passed away on December 20, 2022 at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Daniel was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, on October 10th, 1977. On June 23, 2022, he tied the knot with Nikki Parsons. While serving in the United States Navy, Daniel was a model citizen and did his nation proud. He was a member of the Boilermaker Union Local 374 and worked as a welder.
He had a passion for fixing automobiles and trucks. Karaoke was one of his favorite activities to participate in with his loved ones. He had a tremendous sense of humor that was also quite warm and humorous. He will be remembered by his loved ones and friends as “Deebo” for all time, and he cherished the time he spent with them.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Nikki Hunt; mother, Tina (Russell, Jr.) Packingham of Elkhart, Indiana; father, Phillip (Michelle) Livernois of Southbridge, Massachusetts; children, Mikayla Hunt of Michigan City, Indiana and Lucas Hunt of Elkhart; step-daughter Kierra Hunt of Elkhart; siblings Larry Filion, Jr. of Elkhart, William Hunt of Oklahoma, Kristen (Adam) Bobst of Indianapolis, Indiana. Arlene Leighton, Daniel’s grandmother, is one of many aunts and uncles and aunts and uncles that Daniel leaves behind. Both Daniel’s daughter Felicia M. Hunt and his brother Phillip Livernois, Jr. passed away before him.
