Ruth Dusett Obituary, Death – Theresa Rose Ruth Dusett 19 years old and a student at Yale, she lost tragically suddenly on August 19th, 2023. Ruth Dusett was born in Armada, Michigan on February 11, 2004, to her parents Jason Dusett and Crystal Sabo. Ruth was an incredibly caring and creative young woman who, even in the lowest points of her life, cared entirely for the welfare of others. My heart was filled with joy whenever I heard her play the piano. She was also in the process of authoring her own book and only lately taught herself how to play the guitar. She had a deep love for movies and aspired to work in the film industry.
Ruth discovered that the process of writing a narrative was beautiful, a way for her to bring light, laughter, and reflection into a world that was frequently gloomy for her. She was attempting to dispel that darkness by turning on a light in her realm, but unfortunately, she was unsuccessful in her mission. We shall never forget her kind and kind character. She would like for everyone to know that when she was here with us, it was because of all of you that it was made to be so much better. Your love and generosity were more than enough. Ruth hopes that you all have long, healthy lives filled with joy.
When we are feeling down, we should look up at the sky. She is there, like one of the stars in the sky, looking down on us and watching over us. Ruth is survived by her parents, Jason Dusett (who is married to Rachel) and Crystal Sabo; her siblings April, Rachel, Matthew, Crystal, Aliyah, Tesher, Rue, Hannah, and Eli; her grandparents, Frank Dusett (who is married to Janice) and Timor Sabo (who is married to Liz); bonus grandparents, Bruce Beck (who is married to Kathy); and a large number of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ruth passed away on April 15, 2018. In addition, Ruth acknowledged her “unofficial”
brothers Jared, Daniel, and Nick for the love and unflinching support they have shown her, as well as her family’s friends Tom and Allison Pemberton for the kind natures they possess. In loving remembrance of Ruth, her family extends an invitation to stop by Kaatz Funeral Directors in Yale on Friday, August 25, 2023, between the hours of 2:30 and 8:00 p.m. to pay their respects and share stories and recollections.
