Simon Hashem Obituary, Death – On Saturday, we held a funeral service for our father, Simon Hashem, who died away three years ago. It was our last opportunity to pay our respects to him. He did not endure any difficulty or agony in his final moments, and his loved ones were there to console him as he went away. Because of his efforts, he was able to achieve both of his long-term goals: to have a successful career as an engineer in Canada and to have a large, content family in that country. In spite of the fact that he has suffered from multiple sclerosis for the past 35 years, he was nevertheless able to accomplish this objective.
Every single day, he was responsible for providing entertainment for hundreds of patients, visitors, and members of the medical staff, and he did it in a way that was both courteous and sympathetic to all of those individuals. In addition to this, he had a wonderful disposition and was very generous with his time. Despite the fact that he gradually lost his independence over the course of several years, he was able to preserve his capacity for tolerance, forgiveness, and appreciation during the entire process. This was a significant accomplishment on his part.
We count it as one of the biggest gifts in our lives that he will be a constant presence in our lives, and this is something that we appreciate very much. You will never lose our affection, and we promise that we will never forget you. In the order of their first names, your mother’s four sons are listed below. Later on afternoon, there will be a Memorial Service held in memory of those who have passed away. The event will take place on Tuesday, August 29, at 1:30 p.m., at the Broadway United Church, which is located at 105 Broadway Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan S4N 1B2 Canada.
