Hershel Gene Death, Obituary – It is with a heavy heart and profound sorrow that we share the news of Hershel Gene’s passing. Last night, at 10:30 pm, Hershel peacefully departed this world, leaving us with a deep sense of loss and heartbreak. Throughout his journey, Hershel displayed remarkable courage, fighting with all his strength to remain with us. However, despite his valiant efforts, the time came for him to find peace.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated medical team at Baptist Health, as well as to Dr. Amy Schell, Hershel’s steadfast oncologist, who provided unwavering care and support throughout the years. Their efforts have touched our hearts deeply.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Oldham Roberts and Powell this Saturday, August 26th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held, providing an opportunity for us to honor and remember Hershel Gene.
Hershel’s memory will forever be etched in our hearts and minds. His spirit, determination, and the love he brought into our lives will remain alive within us. In our shared memories, he lives on, a testament to his enduring impact.
