Jason Martin And Claude Car Accident – This past Sunday night in Trinity there was a car accident that involving two guys. One of the men was killed in the collision, while the other man was injured. After the accident that occurred on FM 356, the driver of Martin’s vehicle, Ricky Claude Martin, 55, was pronounced dead at the scene, while his passenger, Tommy Stone, 42, sustained minor injuries.
The collision took place at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Sunday evening (September 22), a little distance east of Trinity. When Martin lost control of his vehicle near Westwood Road while travelling along FM 356, Stone was a passenger in the Chevrolet pickup truck that Martin was driving. His truck was unable to keep a straight line while driving, and it went off the side of FM 356 and crashed into a tree.
Ricky Martin passed away instantly as a result of the collision, but Tommy Stone was left with only relatively minor injuries. It has not been determined why Martin was unable to maintain control of his truck that evening.
