Jeremiah Joe Vera Obituary, Death – Jeremiah Joe Vera, a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away, and it is with profound sadness that we share the news. On October 10, 2022, at the tender age of only 18 years old, he received a call from heaven. Rebecca (Alejandro) Vasquez and Joe (Kristie) Vera welcomed their son Jeremiah into the world on September 29, 2004, in the city of Corpus Christi, Texas. He was in his last year at Richard King High School and on schedule to receive his diploma in May of 2023.
His passion for his family was bigger than his love for music or his friends, especially his sisters Justyne and Madeleine and his younger brothers Aj, Luke, and Rico. He had a deep affection for all of these things. Jeremiah had already achieved a great deal, despite the fact that he was still a young man. He put in a lot of hard work and saved his money over the course of the previous two summers so that he could get his own car and an apartment before he became 18 years old.
His wild and wacky sense of humor, lovely grin, and carefree personality will be sorely missed forever. Jeremiah’s grandpa, David R. Vera, was his father’s father and passed away before Jeremiah. His immediate family consists of several aunts, uncles, and cousins in addition to his parents, siblings, and grandparents. On Monday, October 17th, visitation will be held in the Guardian Funeral Home chapel “B” (5522 Crosstown Corpus Christi, TX. 78417) from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and evening services will begin at 6:30 pm.
At the Guardian Funeral Home there will be a funeral ceremony performed on Tuesday, October 18 at ten o’clock in the morning. The ceremony will be presided over by the Reverend John Fletcher of Kelsey Memorial. After the funeral, at 11:30 in the morning, the body will be interred in Seaside Memorial Park, which is located at 4357 Ocean Drive in Corpus Christi, Texas 78412.
