On August 15, 2023, Ken peacefully passed away at the age of 64, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family at home. His journey was marked by strength, resilience, and unwavering love.
Ten months ago, on October 24th, 2022, Ken faced a severe hemorrhagic stroke that forever altered his path. Despite undergoing emergency brain surgery, his recovery was marked by substantial brain damage. He spent weeks in the Neuro ICU and then months in a subacute care facility before returning home, where his family provided steadfast care and support.
Ken was not only a loving husband to our cherished office manager, Analee, but also a dedicated father to six daughters, a proud grandfather to five granddaughters and one grandson, and a beacon of light within a vast extended family.
Beyond the warmth of his family, Ken was also a devoted small business owner, running a construction company alongside his daughter Malissa. With a heart that embraced the Arts, Ken’s family stood by local arts organizations during the challenging times of the pandemic, offering their building expertise to ensure continued operations.
