Martin Finlayson Death, Obituary – It is with heavy hearts that we received the news of Martin’s passing. As a longstanding member of the C&E Team, he was not only a colleague but a true friend to us all. The news of his departure has left a void that cannot easily be filled. Martin was more than just a coworker; he was a fantastic person to be around. His sense of humor, warm personality, and willingness to lend a helping hand made him a beloved figure among us. Those who had the pleasure of working with him can attest to his positive spirit and the joy he brought to every interaction.
In honor of Martin and as a mark of respect, we have decided to close our doors during the duration of his funeral on Thursday, the 24th of August, starting from 11 in the morning. We believe this is a fitting tribute to a man who contributed so much to our team and our lives.
While Martin may no longer be with us in person, his memory will live on in our hearts and minds. We can already hear his laughter and imagine his familiar smile. As we bid him farewell, we can’t help but picture him driving that taxi in the sky, keeping watch over us all.
Let us remember the good times we shared with Martin and the impact he had on each of us. He was not just a colleague but a dear friend, and his absence will be deeply felt. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. Rest easy, Mart. Until we meet again.
