Pamela Joan Death, Obituary – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Pamela Joan Leonard, nee Harte, on August 15, 2023. Pamela, aged 93, peacefully departed from us at Maryborough Community Aged Care in Maryborough. She was surrounded by the love and warmth of her family as she transitioned to her eternal rest.
Pamela’s life was a beautiful journey filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. She was the devoted wife of the late Graham Leonard and the loving mother of Khris (dec’d) and Malcolm. Her presence brightened the lives of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Justin, Ryan, Nathan, Catryn, Bonnie, and Ava. Pamela’s nurturing nature extended to her role as a sister and sister-in-law to Gwen and Noel (both dec’d), William and Joyce (both dec’d), as well as Raymond (dec’d) and Shari. Her love and care also touched the lives of nieces, nephews, and their families.
Pamela’s life was marked by love, family, and connections that spanned generations. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched, as she is now reunited with her loved ones who have gone before her.
To honor Pamela’s life and bid her farewell, a funeral service will be held at Ross Funerals Maryborough Chapel, located at the corner of Russell and Stafford Streets, Maryborough. The service will take place on Friday, August 25, 2023, beginning at 11:00 am.
As we gather to celebrate Pamela’s life, we also gather to remember the cherished moments we shared, the love she spread, and the impact she had on each of us. We invite family and friends to join us in commemorating Pamela’s journey and bidding her a heartfelt farewell.
