Tyler Desnoyers Accicent, Death, Obituary – On Monday afternoon, a collision that also involved two other vehicles resulted in the death of a motorcycle. On or about 4:54 in the afternoon, deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of a significant personal injury collision that had occurred on County Route 70 in the Town of Stillwater. The accident included a motorbike and an automobile.
According to the findings of the investigation, 20-year-old Tyler Desnoyers was driving his 2007 Yamaha motorcycle in the opposite direction on County Route 70 when he lost control and collided with a car heading in the opposite direction. A second car traveling west was hit by debris from the motorcycle, which then caused the vehicle to sustain damage. Assistant Saratoga County Coroner Decelle made the determination that Desnoyers was no longer alive at the scene of the incident. The drivers of the two vehicles that were damaged in the collision were not hurt in any way.
Initial findings from the investigation suggest that high speed and a restricted seeing distance both had a role in the collision. The drivers of both automobiles traveling in the westbound direction are helping authorities with their investigation. The Accident Reconstruction Unit of the Sheriff’s Office is responsible for conducting the investigation into the accident. Stillwater Police Department, New York State Police, Arvin Hart Fire Department, and Malta-Stillwater EMS were the agencies that responded to the scene and assisted with the incident.
